Can't they just assign the dev stuff to the devs? Why do I need to be involved even in developer issues? :(

It's hard to figure out the boundaries of my job. Sometimes I do things that should have been assigned to other people... Am I just ranting because I don't want to do stuff? No. The point is that I don't want to do stuff that aren't supposed to be my tasks because they waste precious time!

Also, can someone please suggest that we hire another admin? If no one steps up, then I'll ask the management myself. If I'm not able to stand the pressure, I'll resign for sure... There's just too much to do, but unfortunately my mind and body can only take so much...
