I'm not a technician. I don't know how to fix hardware. It's starting to get really hard just trying to stay sane with all those computer problems that can easily be resolved by formatting the OS they call Windows. Viruses and malware are a PITA but I have to deal with them everyday since almost everyone uses Windows. I'm glad my computer (also a dev server) can sit happily for days/months without a reboot. It's a pity I can't say the same for the users...

And they call me a system administrator, btw.
