Users should be educated to not knowingly do anything without really knowing what the effects of their actions would be. (Did that make sense?) Instead, they should just call someone to help them. Doing something to solve a problem without knowing the consequences will just make the problem worse.

Really, people should be computer-literate enough to be able to use a computer. :-|
